François Holland has also questioned the measures taken by the Government in the industrial field. "We have a problem of under-investment and lack of our research and innovation effort", he said, regretting that lower VAT in the recovery was a costly decision support to industry unrelated. Meanwhile, he proposed a system providing for a reduction of the tax on the share of the profits reinvested in the business, accompanied by a ballast on the party distributed to shareholders. He advocated research of other a reorientation of the benefits of the tax credit to SMEs and suggested the introduction of a tax on banks which fail to credit taken from public commitments.
